growthauditinggroup Ltd: Gentle Outdoor Adventures for Active Retirees

We're dedicated to creating meaningful walking experiences along Dublin's most scenic coastal paths. Our guided walks connect you with nature, community, and the stories woven into our city's landscape.

How growthauditinggroup Ltd Started

We didn't start with a business plan. We started with a simple observation about our community.

In 2019, our founders noticed something while walking along Sandymount Strand on a Tuesday morning. Retired professionals — people with decades of energy, curiosity, and time — weren't getting the outdoor experiences they wanted. The walks that existed were either too fast-paced or too isolated. There wasn't a middle ground where you could move at your own pace while building real connections.

"We're not replacing the gym or the walking club. We're creating something that doesn't exist yet — guided experiences designed specifically around what active retirees actually want."

That observation became our mission. growthauditinggroup Ltd emerged from asking one essential question: What if walking could be both a physical activity and a social experience? What if you could explore Dublin's hidden corners while genuinely connecting with people in your age group?

Since then, we've guided over 2,800 individuals across Sandymount Strand, the Poolbeg Lighthouse Path, and lesser-known coastal routes. We've learned what works. We've listened. And we've built something that genuinely matters to the people we serve.

But here's what really drives us forward: It's not the numbers. It's the stories. It's watching someone who'd been sedentary for years regain their confidence on a path. It's overhearing conversations between two strangers who've become weekly walking partners. That's the real measure of what we do.

Our Method

What Makes Our Approach Different

Carefully Mapped Routes

Every path we guide has been walked, measured, and tested. We know the pacing, the rest spots, and the best times to avoid crowds. Your experience is planned down to the smallest detail.

Small Group Experience

Groups stay between 8-14 people. Large enough to feel like community, small enough that nobody gets left behind. Everyone moves at a comfortable pace with built-in flexibility.

Safety First Always

Our guides are trained in first aid and outdoor safety. Weather monitoring happens daily. Routes adapt based on conditions. Your wellbeing isn't an afterthought — it's the foundation.

Stories and Context

These aren't silent walks. Our guides share Dublin's history, local wildlife, and the stories behind the landmarks you're passing. You'll learn while you walk.

Flexible Scheduling

Morning, afternoon, or evening walks available. Walks from 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on your preference. We work around your life, not the other way around.

Community Building

Many of our walkers have become regular groups that meet outside our organized walks. We've created the conditions for genuine friendships to develop naturally.

By The Numbers

The Real Impact of What We Do

2,800+
Active Walkers Guided
156
Guided Walks Per Year
47
Weekly Regular Participants
92%
Returning Walkers

These numbers matter, but they don't tell the full story. What matters most is that people who felt isolated are now walking with friends. People who'd become sedentary are moving regularly. And people are discovering parts of Dublin they'd lived in for decades but never truly explored.

Looking Forward

What We're Building Next

Expanding Beyond Dublin

We're planning guided walks in Howth, Dun Laoghaire, and coastal villages within an hour of the city. The model works, and we're ready to bring it to more communities. But we'll do it carefully — never compromising the intimate, personalized experience that makes growthauditinggroup Ltd different.

Building Accessibility Features

We're developing shorter routes with more rest stations. We're exploring partnerships with mobility services for those who want to join but have transportation challenges. Accessibility isn't a feature we add — it's how we think about everything from the start.

Creating Seasonal Experiences

Winter birdwatching walks. Spring wildflower identification journeys. Summer sunset strolls. Autumn photography expeditions. Each season brings different possibilities, and we're designing walks that celebrate what makes each one special.

Training the Next Generation of Guides

Some of our most passionate walkers have expressed interest in becoming guides. We're developing a training program that'll let experienced participants take on leadership roles. This isn't just about scaling — it's about deepening community ownership of what we've built together.

Important Information

The information provided on this website is for general informational and educational purposes. While we've designed our walks with active retirees in mind and prioritize safety and accessibility, individual fitness levels and medical conditions vary. We always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before beginning any new physical activity. Our guides are trained in first aid and safety protocols, but participation in outdoor walking activities carries inherent risks including weather exposure and uneven terrain. Always inform our team about any health concerns, mobility limitations, or medications that might affect your participation. Our commitment is to create inclusive, enjoyable experiences — and that begins with open communication about your specific needs and abilities.
